Description: Lirentelimab (BS11505) is a research-grade recombinant antibody targeting SAF2. Produced in mammalian cells with native-like glycosylation.
Highlights:
• Research Grade — For PK/PD studies, assay development, and ADA research.
• Native Glycosylation — Mammalian expression ensures native-like patterns.
Host species: Humanized
Isotype: IgG1-kappa
Species reactivity: Human
Immunogen:
Form: Liquid
Storage instructions:
Storage buffer: 0.01M PBS, pH7.4.
Concentration: 1mg/ml
Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Clonality: Monoclonal
Applications: Research Grade Biosimilar
Target: SAF2,Sialoadhesinfamilymember2,SAF-2,Siglec-8,SIGLEC8,Sialicacid-bindingIg-likelectin8
Purification: Protein A/G purified from cell culture supernatant.
Endotoxin level: <1EU/mg, determined by LAL gel clotting assay
Expression system: Mammalian Cells
Stability and Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store at 4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Store at -20°C 12 months. Store at -80°C long term.
Alternative Names: AK-002,AK002
Background: Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 8 (SIGLEC8/SAF-2) is a ~54 kDa protein. Putative adhesion molecule that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to blood cells. Preferentially binds to alpha-2,3-linked sialic acid. Also binds to alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface. Recognizes simultaneously epitopes having a terminal N-acetylneuraminic acid (sialic acid) and an underlying 6-O-sulfated galactose.
