Background: Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha (CD25/IL2RA) is a ~30 kDa protein. Receptor for interleukin-2. The receptor is involved in the regulation of immune tolerance by controlling regulatory T cells (TREGs) activity. TREGs suppress the activation and expansion of autoreactive T-cells.

Flow CytoMetryFlow-cytometry using anti-human CD25 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD25 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HF996136) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT.
