Background: Nectin-4 (NECTIN4/PVRL4) is a ~55 kDa protein. Seems to be involved in cell adhesion through trans-homophilic and -heterophilic interactions, the latter including specifically interactions with NECTIN1. Does not act as receptor for alpha-herpesvirus entry into cells. NECTIN4 is the therapeutic target of enfortumab vedotin (Padcev).

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human NECTIN4 antibody.NECTIN4 Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human NECTIN4 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV985207 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human NECTIN4 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human NECTIN4 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HV985207) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
Western blot

Western blot analysis was performed using anti-NECTIN4 monoclonal antibody at 1ug/mL on various samples.
