Description: Efparepoetin Alfa (BS12402) is a research-grade recombinant antibody targeting EPO. Produced in mammalian cells with native-like glycosylation.
Highlights:
• Research Grade — For PK/PD studies, assay development, and ADA research.
• Native Glycosylation — Mammalian expression ensures native-like patterns.
Host species:
Isotype: HumanerythropoietinfragmentfusedviapeptidelinkertoaFcfragmentofimmunoglobulinG2
Species reactivity: Human
Immunogen:
Form: Liquid
Storage instructions:
Storage buffer: 0.01M PBS, pH7.4.
Concentration: 1mg/ml
Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Clonality:
Applications: Research Grade Biosimilar
Target: EPO,Erythropoietin,Epoetin
Purification: Protein A/G purified from cell culture supernatant.
Endotoxin level: <1EU/mg, determined by LAL gel clotting assay
Expression system: Mammalian Cells
Stability and Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store at 4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Store at -20°C 12 months. Store at -80°C long term.
Alternative Names: CAS:2761347-19-5
Background: Erythropoietin (EPO) is a ~21 kDa protein. Hormone involved in the regulation of erythrocyte proliferation and differentiation and the maintenance of a physiological level of circulating erythrocyte mass. Binds to EPOR leading to EPOR dimerization and JAK2 activation thereby activating specific downstream effectors, including STAT1 and STAT3.
