Alternative Names:
Background: This humanized antibody LT3015 is generated from the high-affinity, specific anti-LPA mouse mAb LT3000, also called Lpathomab. The target of the antibody lysophosphatidic acid is a bioactive lipid mediating multiple cellular responses, and it's involved in the establishment and progression of cancer by providing a pro-growth tumor microenvironment and promoting angiogenesis. The EC₅₀ of the humanized antibody to 12:0 (lauroyl) LPA was determined to be 75.6 ng/mL by ELISA.
