- Alternative Names: Hippostasin, PRSS20, Trypsin-like protease, TLSP, Kallikrein-11, hK11, KLK11, Serine protease 20
- Species: Homo sapiens (Human)
- Shipping: In general, proteins are provided as lyophilized powder/frozen liquid. They are shipped out with dry ice/blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
- Background: Kallikrein-11 (KLK11) is a ~31 kDa protein. Possible multifunctional protease. Efficiently cleaves 'bz-Phe-Arg-4-methylcoumaryl-7-amide', a kallikrein substrate, and weakly cleaves other substrates for kallikrein and trypsin. Cleaves synthetic peptides after arginine but not lysine residues.
- Note: For research use only.
