Description: Denosumab (BS10588) is a research-grade recombinant antibody targeting CD254. Produced in mammalian cells with native-like glycosylation.
Highlights:
• Research Grade — For PK/PD studies, assay development, and ADA research.
• Native Glycosylation — Mammalian expression ensures native-like patterns.

Immunogen:
Form: Liquid
Storage instructions:
Storage buffer: 0.01M PBS, pH7.4.
Concentration: 1mg/ml
Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Clonality: Monoclonal
Applications: Research Grade Biosimilar
Target: ODF,TNF-relatedactivation-inducedcytokine,Osteoclastdifferentiationfactor,TNFSF11,TRANCE,Osteoprotegerinligand,RANKL,Tumornecrosisfactorligandsuperfamilymember11,Receptoractivatorofnuclearfactorkappa-Bligand,CD254,OPGL
Purification: Protein A/G purified from cell culture supernatant.
Endotoxin level: <1EU/mg, determined by LAL gel clotting assay
Expression system: Mammalian Cells
Stability and Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store at 4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Store at -20°C 12 months. Store at -80°C long term.
Alternative Names: AMG162,CAS:615258-40-7
Background: Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 11 (CD254/RANKL) is a ~35 kDa protein. Cytokine that binds to TNFRSF11B/OPG and to TNFRSF11A/RANK. Osteoclast differentiation and activation factor. Augments the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naive T-cell proliferation. May be an important regulator of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells and may play a role in the regulation of the T-cell-dependent immune response. May also play an important role in enhanced bone-resorption in humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy. CD254 is the therapeutic target of denosumab (Prolia).
