Description: Lanadelumab (BS10633) is a research-grade recombinant antibody targeting Plasma prekallikrein. Produced in mammalian cells with native-like glycosylation.
Highlights:
• Research Grade — For PK/PD studies, assay development, and ADA research.
• Native Glycosylation — Mammalian expression ensures native-like patterns.
Host species: Human
Isotype: IgG1-kappa
Species reactivity: Human
Immunogen:
Form: Liquid
Storage instructions:
Storage buffer: 0.01M PBS, pH7.4.
Concentration: 3.16mg/ml
Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Clonality: Monoclonal
Applications: Research Grade Biosimilar
Target: Plasmaprekallikrein,KLK3,Fletcherfactor,KLKB1,Kininogenin,Plasmakallikrein,PKK
Purification: Protein A/G purified from cell culture supernatant.
Endotoxin level: <1EU/mg, determined by LAL gel clotting assay
Expression system: Mammalian Cells
Stability and Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store at 4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Store at -20°C 12 months. Store at -80°C long term.
Alternative Names: X124-G01,DX-2930,CAS:1426055-14-2
Background: Plasma kallikrein (KLKB1/KLK3) is a ~71 kDa protein. Participates in the surface-dependent activation of blood coagulation. Activates, in a reciprocal reaction, coagulation factor XII/F12 after binding to negatively charged surfaces. Releases bradykinin from HMW kininogen and may also play a role in the renin-angiotensin system by converting prorenin into renin.
Note: For research use only. Not suitable for clinical or therapeutic use.
